I woke up at 6:15 a.m. today to catch the 8:15 train to the Zugspitze, so I had to skip the hotel breakfast. The cog train up to the Zugspitzplatt seemed to take a very long time. It was a beautiful ride. I saw many Americans and even more from the far east. I took lots of video and pictures. I had breakfast at the restaurant on the Zugspitzplatt. I had a chocolate filled croissant, fresh Apple Strudel, a banana, and a multi-vitamin drink. Later in the day I visited the magnificent Olympia Park in München.
