I have never been so wet. I traveled to Garmisch-Partenkirchen on Friday. I left Dresden at 12:15 p.m. and arrived only 5 minutes before closing at 6:00 p.m. I had Muesli with milk and Orange Juice for breakfast. Oh, and I did walk around downtown Friday night. Today, I went to Olympia Eisstadion and Olympia Skistadion. It looks like they ran out of money. It’s not all in your face third reich style. It’s a combination between Bavarian and Third Reich. I climbed the stairs from the landing area to the top of the ski lift. When I came down I went to the Partnachklamm (the Partnach river gorge). It was awesome (and very wet). I shot a whole bunch of pictures and movies. After leaving there, it really started raining good. I stopped at Subway and had a meatball sub and 2 oatmeal raisin cookies. I finally decided to make my way back to the hotel. It took a while to find my way. I finally found a public phone that takes credit cards so I could call my sweetie. I miss Diana and Kyle very much. There are only nine days left on the trip now. Well I have big plans tomorrow:
1. Zugspitze
2. Munich- Olympic Stadium
3. Munich- Hauptbahnhof
I am also starting to stress about the final and research paper.
