We met at the City Herberge in Dresden about 12:45 p.m. We walked all over Dresden; it looks a lot like “little Italy”. We had a whirlwind tour. Old Town is mainly for tourism apparently. It is definitely not the social center. Got some great photographs. Thankfully, it was somewhat cooler today.
The architecture is extraordinary and the rebuilding after World War II is amazing, especially the Frauenkirche.
