Today is the day I fly for my two and a half week excursion to Germany. It turns out my flight was changed and I got to the terminal in Atlanta just as they were calling my zone. We arrived at JFK early but sat on the runway for 45 minutes. Then when we took off again after a delay, we sat on the runway another hour due to rerouted traffic, because of a tropical storm. I couldn’t sleep very well on the flight either. I had 3 cheese ravioli, salad, diet coke and crackers. The in flight movie was “Take the Lead”, which I admit I didn’t watch.
